Origins: Colombia / Brazil / Uganda / Burundi

Roast Specifics: Medium-Full Roast
Each Origin is roasted separately to achieve the best roasting results. Starting with an initial high flame, we  begin to relax the flame systematically through the phases , reaching the exothermic reaction also known as First crack (Loud popping noises…Think popcorn) & as we go into the development stage , caramelization is in ACTION where the beans compounds start to degrade BUT we cut it short into its development period. Meaning the bean has only but started to take on a subtle shiny appearance as the sugars have crystalized but with adequate acidity to still give the coffee its wonderful balance. Once all the coffees have been roasted, they are placed in a container in their respective ratios & shacked about for 3-5 minutes to achieve the best blend mix! This coffee works wonders in a pour over!

Flavour notes: Rich Chocolate , Cherry in sweetness, subtle notes of cinnamon & finishes of  cocoa nibs & nutty full body with exceptional balance in the cup. Crafted for espresso lovers.
