*We roast to order, therefore a minimum 2 working days roasting lead time is necessary, quantity pending prior to dispatch*

Super local Delivery
These delivery areas include:
Stellenbosch & Somerset West only
1-2 working days

Collection
Orders can be collected from us at our offices in Stellenbosch (21 Weidenhof Street Stellenbosch Central) by appointment only. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Nationwide Delivery

Our Door-to-door Courier

We email & WhatsApp you with a confirmation of when your order has been dispatched, with a waybill number for tracking. Our couriered orders will take from and between 4-5 working days to arrive at your door after dispatch, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Courier Policy – We at Feature coffee believe in personal service and delivering your order straight into your hands however we cannot be accountable for third party negligence. We also reserve the right to adjust our courier prices at any given time without warning, so to match our third-party courier service fees.

Damages & reports policy
We have a 10-day damages & reports policy. This applies if you received your order defective, damaged or not what you ordered. You must notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We won’t accept returns on perishable goods – which includes the coffee, fudge & scrub. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or voucher cards either.
